St. Cloud Winter Sports Swap

What: XC and Alpine Ski gear, Snowboards, and Outdoor Equipment Sale

When: Sunday November 15, 2009, 1:00-3:00pm
Check-in: 12:00pm. Check-out: 3:00-4:00pm

Where: SCSU's Halenbeck Hall - Field House

Why: Support Area and Nordic and Alpine Ski Programs and SCSU's Outdoor Endeavors

How: $1 non-refundable handling fee for any item(s) priced from $2-10.00
$2 non-refundable handling fee for items priced $10.01-20.00
$0 handling fee but 10% commission will be retained on all sales over $20.

Specifics: If you have new or used active winter sports equipment or clothing, bring it to SCSU's Halenbeck Hall on Sun. Nov. 15th. Check-in items starting at noon and continue until all items have been inventoried. Sale will open at 1:00pm. NO EARLY ENTRY! Volunteer staff from participating teams and clubs will be on hand to assist buyers in product selection. A small non-refundable handling fee must be paid by the seller for all items under $20 at check-in. For items costing more than $20, a 10% commission will be charged when the item sells. If the items do not sell, there is no cost to the seller for bringing the items. Check-out will be from 3:00-4:00pm. Sellers will be responsible for paying 10% commission on sold items priced over $20. Unsold items must be picked up on Swap day (Nov 15) by 4:00pm.

Unless prior arrangements are made, any unclaimed items will become property of St. Cloud Alpine Ski Team Inc., a non-profit organization that supports HS skiing in the St. Cloud area.
