BNS Birkie Wax Service

There is still time to register for our legendary BNS Birkie Race Wax Service! Take the stress out of ski preparation, especially in these crazy, variable conditions and leave it to us to get you set up on your fastest Birkie skis ever. We have the experience, testing knowledge, and proven Birkie waxes to confidently deliver year after year. And customer feedback supports this!

We will be in Hayward the week leading up to the Birkie testing HF glide wax, fluoro powders, fluoro topcoats and hand structure. Later in the week we will test kick and klister. Find our reports online or talk to us at the Birkie Expo Thursday and Friday where we will have a full complement of SkiGo waxes for purchase.

Race skis receive LF graphite, HF paraffin, fluoro powder, fluoro top coat, and hand structure.

You have a couple options to get your skis to us:

Drop your skis at our shop at 90th and Penn in Bloomington up to 6pm Thursday Feb 23.

Drop your skis at our Birkie Expo booth (where bib pick-up is) in Hayward up to 8pm Thursday Feb 23.

SKATE ski pick-up this year will be at the *Birkie START* We will be set up between the bus drop-off and the start/tent area so you’ll walk right past us.

CLASSIC ski pick-up will be at our Birkie Expo booth from 6-8pm Friday Feb 24. We will apply binder (on request) and will be happy to give you kick and klister recommendations for you to apply.
