The 6th Anuual Minnesota Biathlon Fall Festival will be held at the Elk River Biathlon Range, Oct 18, 20, 21. This race series is the biggest rollerski biathlon series held in North America, featuring the top junior biathletes from Minnesota, New York, Vermont, Colorado, and Manitoba. Olympic hopefuls senior from Minnesota, as well as the U.S. Junior National Team will be competing. Past field size has been 60-65 athletes, and we are expecting a record field this year.

Dates:

• Thursday 18 October, Rollerski Biathlon Individual Format 15km/10km, must have your own rifle for all races
• Saturday 20 October, Rollerski Biathlon 10km/7.5km sprint,
• Sunday 21 October, Rollerski Biathlon 12km/10km Pursuit, start order based on Saturday results

MN Biathlon Members- Free- otherwise $10 per race. You MUST PREREGISTER by email- name, age and which races you want to do, email to [email protected] or fax 952/926-4095. Registration Deadline October 16th, 6pm. NO day of race registration. Coaches- please send in lists of your athletes.

From the Twin Cities: Take I-94 West (& north) to Hwy 101 east to Elk River and Hwy 10 north 3 lights. At the 3rd light take a right on Proctor and go north about 2 miles to 200 meters past Golf Clubhouse turn right into Woodland Trails Park parking space. Follow signs on trails to range and race start. See you there!
