Midwest Junior Championships is set to be the best ever!

The Loppet Foundation and the MN Youth Ski League will be hosting a two-day ski festival for youth (15 and under as of 12/31/13) on March 1-2 at Wirth Park in Minneapolis. On Saturday, the schedule includes a Classic Mass Start (with a new Fish Scale Frenzy category), Four-Person Relays, and the best SkiCross course in the Midwest. The Sunday lineup includes a Freestyle Individual Start, two-person Team-Sprint Relays and a Ski-ball Tournament. Hundreds of kids of all abilities from around the Midwest will participate. This is the final stop for the Skiwerx Series (www.skiwerxseries.com).

Come and celebrate this snowy winter with us! Lots of great events, fun, sunshine, and food. Age groups go from U8 to U16. A great event for all junior-high kids who are wrapping up their high school seasons. Make the most of your ski season and keep skiing! It's the best thing you can do for your development. And if you want a program to join for the next few weeks, Skiwerx, FAST KIDS and Sisu YTeam will welcome you!

MYSL skiers, come and have some fun on Saturday with our new Fish Scale Frenzy categories. The MYSL trailer will provide equipment if you usually rent at your club location.
