VASALOPPET UPDATE

As of today, the race will be held on Mora Lake right here in town on a 3.2k loop.

• Saturday 1/31 - Moraloppet will be a walking event at the Nordic Center
  
  
• Friday 2/6 Friendship tour will be a walking/social event in Library park
• Saturday 2/7 races on Mora Lake:
• 42k - start at 9 a.m. 4 laps on the lake
• 58k - start at 10 a.m. 5 laps on the lake
• 35k - start at 11 a.m. - 3 laps on the lake
• 13k/Teamloppet - start at 12 pm - 2 laps on the lake
• Saturday 2/7 - skier lunch and award ceremony will be in the Tent
• Sunday 2/8 Sparks races will be 10:30 - noon on Lake Mora
• Sunday 2/8 Miniloppet will be on Lake Mora at Noon
• Sunday 2/8 Skijoring - more news to come

Registration fees will remain the same and will not increase next week as it usually does. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS.

ALL Celebration Tent events on Thursday 2/5 - Sunday 2/8 will proceed as planned - and boy will they be fun!!

Despite the lack of snow and the shortened races, we are still looking forward to a fun time right here in downtown Mora!
