2017 Borah Epic registration is open!

Saturday, January 14, 2017. Celebrating 5-years, the Borah Epic opened its registration this weekend for the Saturday, June 3rd event. A total of 750 prized spots are available between the full and half race distances and racers are encouraged to register soon to ensure a spot.

Since 2013, the Epic has donated nearly $60,000 to the Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association, otherwise known as CAMBA. The annual funding not only serves as a powerful support tool for CAMBA, but one that ultimately comes full circle with new and improved trails for the event and each year and the greater riding community.

"5-years marks a big milestone for us," said Jack Zabrowski, race director. "Not only has the Epic solidified its spot as a premier MTB race, it has done so with a platform that puts the focus on the trails and serves the rider's experience for years to come," added Zabrowski.

The full Epic distance is about 35 miles, and open to racers aged 18+ with a starting entry fee of $75. The half Epic is about 17 miles, and open to juniors with a reduced entry fee of just $35.
