• Feb 15 - Birkie Trail (Hayward):
  Afternoon

  Firsthand: Freestyle 
  
  Conditions: Recently groomed. Fresh, cold snow with just a skiff of fine wind blown crystals filling the corduroy.
  Skied from the North End trail head to OO. Trail is flat and groomed to it's full race width. The cold fresh snow made the going slow but still fine skiing. For long stretches it felt like I had the trail all to myself.
