8KM groomed for classic, 7KM groomed for both classic and skating. The classic loop is one through wooded terrain and offers extensive views of the Mississippi River. The trailhead is located at the Mississippi National Golf Course Parking lot 2 miles south of Red Wing. Also known as Red Wing East End Recreational Area.Trail Reports

Well it was suntan weather. We are staying near Stockholm and drove up to skate. Great trail system and good coverage. There was some debris on the longer outer loop but overall very nice. It was very slow and I expect that later in the day they would lose some snow given the 46 degree temps.

Skied Memorial Park trails for the first time. Conditions were quite good with the new fallen snow and wide skate grooming. Some areas were still soft, however trail conditions should improve with additional grooming! A few areas near the powerlines had been plowed and cut off 1/3 of the trail system.

Great conditions. Skate skied the golf course trails. Still a bit soft in some areas but sure to improve with this warmer weather and additional grooming. Noticed that the classic tracks were somewhat incomplete in some areas.
