I just finished grooming the approximately 4" of new snow we received yesterday. Some parts still have a good base and nice track set. Others are little thin. if you can get across the bare spots in the prairie there is good snow On the Red Pine trail. Classic tracks are thin. Waxless skis would be good. Klister would be a mess. Enjoy.

Great skiing in fresh powder off groomed trail system on Sunday afternoon (It would be nice if the snowshoe buffs would pick and stay in their own lane on the multi-use trails that are wide enough for a semi). Groomers were at work while I was tracking horse trails and were setting a deep classic track on the main stem through the pines and the prairies just as I skied out of the woods.

The new snow wasn't groomed yet and the track had not been set since the big snows in the last couple weeks.

The trails were groomed Friday morning. Most areas are fully covered with snow but there are some brown spots showing under the pines. It is about the best we could do with what we got.

I just finished rolling the trails. Things are not good but some areas have enough coverage to skate carefully with rock skis. "It ain't much but it's all we've got....".
