Big thanks to groomer for wonderful job on the trails. Third time classical skiing on the whole system in past 4 days! Only wish that walkers and pet owners would stay off the tracks. Only a few bare spots at base of hill heading north on the pavement which can be avoided. Small sticks/twigs to avoid on the tracks throughout system, but easy to do for most part.

All trails were groomed on Tuesday at Springvale County Park. There was enough snow to set good classic ski tracks with only two small spots on the south paved loop where the wind blew snow down to ice.

Classic trails were groomed yesterday. Trails are in fair to good condition with only a couple spots that had less than two inches of snow.

Trail grooming is getting mushy but coverage plenty good to get a good classic workout. Competing users are fat tire bikers, hikers, dogs, deer. Some trail lost due to this but still skiable. Nice trail system. Good for a one hour ski or so.

Grooming Scheduling
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Classic Cross Country Ski Trails have been groomed at Springvale County Park. Due the amount of snow some sections of the paved trail may not be skiable. Also, the 3rd annual Fat Bike Race will be help Saturday January 13th, so the ski trails will be groomed flat starting Wednesday January 10th.
