Part of the Governor Knowles State Forest, Brandt Pines is an old-growth stand of large red and white pine along the St. Croix River. Throughout much of the trail, you will either be on the top overlooking the ravine, or right down in it.Trail Reports

The Ridge Line, Ravine, and Oak Hills Trails were all groomed and tracked Friday and are in excellent condition.

The Ridge Line and Ravine Trails were groomed and tracked Wednesday. The Oak Hills Trail is expected to be groomed and tracked Thursday. The Riverview Trail has been closed due to icy conditions. Just a reminder, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and pets are not permitted on the ski trails. Please use the trails located at 23409 W. River Road.

Beautiful trails, rolled and tracked, glazed with ice from the warm-up. I skied the whole system. Lots of debris. Very remote!
