My wife and I had a beautiful week of skiing at snow mountain ranch. Awesome conditions, about a foot thick skate deck. They were constantly grooming keeping the trails in great shape even if it snowed during the day they groomed. The variety of trail options and ability options were great. We also saw many moose on a daily basis. Highly recommend, we will be back next year.

Excellent! Our base is anywhere from 8" to 15" of solid, cold snow. The weather has been keeping the snow cold and stable. Freshies have been falling every 4-5 days and the skiing is amazing! Deep firm tracks and plenty of flat hard skate lane. Happy New Year! 66 days of grooming and skiing in the 18/19 season!

Outstanding conditions at Snow Mountan Ranch. All trails seem to be open with good coverage. We skated yesterday and classic skied today. Trails groomed very nicely for both techniques. The D section of trails were even open which offered excellent undulating trails in new growth pine. Ski go violet worked well for kick wax as did guru green with a light cover of swix 45. I wish we could bring these conditions back to the Twin Cities as they would be very much appreciated.

Absolutely wonderful, pristine conditions! We have 60K groomed up this morning including Zone D, Just and Audun! Deep tracks, firm cord, plentiful sun and cold snow! Plenty of trail to explore over the upcoming Holiday weekend! Come and explore the Ranch!

Conditions at the Ranch remain excellent! We are grooming our entire 80K system on a weekly basis, 25K-30K per day. The base is anywhere from 4" to 12". Cold and snow remain in the forecast for the week. Come on out to the Ranch and enjoy the holidays and New Year! Get your Nordic On!

Trails in wonderful condition, especially the trails in forest areas. Deep classic tracks. My wife and I really enjoyed the variety of trails and skiing on natural snow in the mountains.

We have mid winter conditions at the Ranch. We are currently grooming between 40K-50K. We have groomed all 80K of our system. The base is 5"-12" at this time. Conditions are excellent with a cold solid base. Track and cord on all trails. EnJoy!

We received 4-6" of new powder again last night and an additional 1.5" during the day on Thursday. 35K in Zone A and B were PB groomed Thursday morning. We will be touching up the skate lanes in the morning hours for Friday. Additional snow is forecast. All 80K of trails have been groomed at least once and we are working on keeping 60K groomed up every other day. Mid winter conditions with a 5-15" base at this time. No problems using your best stock skis! Come and get all the K's you need!

The weekend storm dropped anywhere from 10-16" of fresh powder on our trail system from Friday through Sunday morning. We have groomed upwards of 60K of trail in the last three days and 48-52K is fresh PB100 groomed as of Sunday morning. We will refresh the skate lanes the first three evenings of this week. The conditions are very good to excellent with track set everywhere. More snow is the forecast.

Beautiful conditions this morning! New snow the past two days set the trails up well for early season training. We skied here Monday through today and the skiing/grooming was excellent. Thanks Bill for all the equipment support and trail advice! Will be back next year for early season training for MNHSL race prep.
