Nordic heaven did not disappoint. Groomers have maintained brown loop in very good condition with no bare spots. Other trails are partially groomed, but marginal snow cover does reveal dirt in some areas. Thank you to all the volunteer groomers. We really appreciate your efforts to be able to ski this winter.

Fast, Firm and Fun, the three F's. Best B skiing of all time, despite temperatures in the upper 30's. 3 hours of pure bliss! The Greenbush grooming crew once again did an outstanding job providing great skiing outside of Lapham Peak! Wow! Pinch me 10 times. Heavenly. Thank You so much! Please consider leaving a nice donation as I did in the box by the signage. It really helps. Please note: The Ski Club is closing the trails on Thursday and Friday due to weather forecast. Please refrain from using the trails until colder weather arrives and the groomers can do their magic. Hopefully we get no/little rain and the groomers can get back to making the trails wonderful again.

A grand morning at Greenbush! Skate skiing at its best. The air temperature was below freezing when I arrived. The Kettle Moraine was covered with rime frost. It was like a fairy tale out there. The trails had been scratched up for skating except most of the red. The classic track was nonexistent in some places but you could find it in others. The skate deck is pretty clean thanks to our lack of strong winds. There are some bare spots but I could skate around them except at the power line. Many thanks to our groomers.

Arrived and was on the snow at 7:15. Very technical and fast! Trails need a grooming as the skate ruts are challenging for certain. Did the Big loop and was glad I made it to Greenbush this year.

I went out and scratched up all the skate lanes this morning. We still have mostly very good skiing, and a few areas of debris and thin spots, Greenbush is still the place to be!

Took a drive up to Greenbush on Sunday and was not disappointed. Skied the Purple and Brown loops. Put in 28km. Trails had good cover, little more snow up here. A solid base with fresh groomed top about half inch. A few icy spots and debris on trail. The downhill on back side of Purple was a bear and hurts when you fall! Took a tumble. Was somewhat icy and rutted so use caution here. Other than that, was fast and flat portions you could really cruise! Was early morning. By the time I left, parking lot was full and trail getting soft.

I got there about 8:30 am and did the purple twice and brown twice. Hardpack with just enough loose top to make the skate deck quite fast. I even took first place in my Strava age group for the purple. Thanks to the groomer who got out to make this another amazing Greenbush day!

Epic ski at Greenbush this morning! The skate deck was solid and with the overnight grooming there was just enough purchase for good skating. Green was screaming. The rime frost was the frosting on the cake. As the morning progressed the areas exposed to the sun became softer. With spring like conditions timing is everything. Thank you groomers for making potentially icy conditions safe.

Out around 9AM during transition, found the base was firm with generally good coverage with usual pine debris in woods. Great, fast skiing - some of the best of the season. Control was good thanks to the club's grooming efforts. Hoarfrost once again provided some spectacular scenery. "Nordic Heaven" did not disappoint!

Wow! I started at 7am. Icy surface with good control! The trails were groomed last night and it was phenomenal! I skied everything except the pink. The brown and red have great coverage. The green is great save for a small bare area at the power lines which is passable. Otherwise really good! The purple is good with some debris in the pines, but not enough to slow you down. Great work by our grooming crew keeping things going. Huge thanks! This is the place to be in wisconsin today!
