The City has groomed Chester, but not all of it. The south loop is 100% groomed, but the middle section of the north loop is not groomed. There isn't a classic track and it is soft and/or bumpy in spots, but there are also very nice stretches. Definitely still rock skiing.

City groomers just did Chester Trail. I came out with my backcountry skis, as it was ungroomed early this afternoon, and was delighted to see a pristine corduroy skate deck set. No classic tracks yet. Full snow coverage. Thanks to our City groomer for getting out there after this beautiful snowfall!
