We are meeting again already due to conflicts in the calendar.  Practices will take place this weekend in Milwaukee. Note the change of workouts and locations.  We are trying out some new things this month!

SCHEDULE:

SATURDAY OCT 11th, River Hills Location

10AM: Skate Rollerski Session

1PM: Classic Rollerski Session

SUNDAY OCT 12th

10AM: Hill Bounding at Lapham Peak (meet at the evergreen lodge and parking area) bring poles and good running shoes

1:30PM: Skate Rollerski at the Bike Doctor ski and bike shop in Dousman
