Fast Twitch Meets Slow Twitch: Jennie Bender and Jan Guenther Morning Ski

Take the morning off work and join us! Thursday morning at 9:00 am at Wirth  (this is the only time Jenny can fit it into her social calendar).  We span a large age bracket, from the mid fifties to the mid twenties! Join Jan Guenther and Salomon supported, fast twitch ski racer, Jennie Bender and everyone else who has the morning free, to ski (classic or skate) at Wirth. The goal is laughter and exercise.
