Covid-19 Update

To our valued customers,

As a local business, we feel that it is our duty to our community to take preventative action against the spread of Covid-19. As such, we have decided that in the best interest of public health, we will be closing our physical location to customers effective tomorrow, March 20th, through Saturday, March 28th. During this time we will continue to staff the shop per our spring hours in order to help you out with all things skiing via phone (763)-420-8981 or email at [email protected]! All person to person contact will be temporarily suspended to ensure the health of our staff and you. We are currently hoping to reopen the doors on Saturday, March 28th pending the state of public health.

In the meantime, we encourage you to hop on over to our web store at https://www.pioneermidwest. com to check out our end of season sales. Your continued support throughout this time means a lot to us. We will also be available to process orders over the phone for shipping or curbside pick-up should the website prove inaccessible or for those who would prefer a little human interaction! We are happy to announce that during this time all orders will receive complimentary shipping inside of the United States.

A final note: Matt will still be available to schedule for ski fleet analyses or ski fit sessions. He will practice all CDC guidelines for effective social distancing so as to ensure the safety of you and himself throughout these processes.
