Full Time Position Open: Nordic Ski Manager for Gear West Ski and Bike, one of the top Nordic Ski stores in the country based 20 min west of Mpls.

The Gear West campus also includes bike, alpine and e-commerce businesses.

A fantastic position just opened for a person who knows xc skis, loves the sport, enjoys working with likeminded customers and is looking for a management position.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and passion for the sport of cross country skis.
• Serious interest and/or experience in business management
• Ability to be coachable and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional work ethic
• Understanding and support of retail hours

Position is salaried and pay ranges from $50,000-$70,000 depending on business experience, work history and desire to embrace responsibility. Additional benefits include paid time off, savings plan program, employee discounts, contribution to health insurance.
