Maplelag Fall Update

After a snowy end to October that saw a record amount of grooming and skiable days, Maplelag Resort is excited and geared up for the upcoming winter season. A COVID operating plan has been set in place with details on the website

With a commitment to early season grooming on minimal snow and continuing through the season on a full 65KM of offerings on both skate and classic trails, grooming will also be focused on 20km of some of the most dynamic winter fat biking trail, including new beginner loops. Also on tap is additional snowshoe trail that was cut this fall. The expansive trail offerings provide the perfect opportunity to take advantage of being outside during the current pandemic. Although there will be limitations in guest services, operations and lodging and meal packages, the possibility of a lodging-only option could be available as the season nears. Season trail passes are on sale now and will cover all trail usage. (Note: special offer on season passes runs until the middle of November before the next price increase.)
