All-State Academic Info
Attention Coaches!
Grade information needed for Section Meet skiers. Please submit grade information through the following webpage by Monday, February 13th, 2017:
Academic awards Information:
1. The head coach must be a member of the coaches association.
2. The 4-point GPA system is used for this award. Athletic Directors or coaches must convert their GPA information to the 4-point if another is utilized by the district.
3. Take the GPA of the seven section skiers. Average the top 5.
4. If a team GPA average of 3.75 or above they automatically get a gold award. If the GPA Is 3.50-3.74 they will receive a silver award.
5. Individual all-state:
a. The skier must be a senior on the section team
b. If GPA is 3.9 or above the skier automatically gets all state academic.
