Pepsi Challenge/Great River Energy Rush/Giants Ridge 8K Races

Hello Nordic Ski Coaches:

We are inviting all high school skiers to join us for the 36th Annual Pepsi Challenge/Great River Energy Rush/Giants Ridge 8K Races.   The races take place at Giants Ridge on Saturday, Feb 29th, 2020.  The general price to ski the 50K Pepsi Races & 25K Great River Energy Rush Races is $70.00 for the school aged students.    The 50K races require that you are 16 yrs. old.  16 - 21 yr olds get the $70.00 right up to race day.   The 25K races require that you are 13 yrs old.   13 – 21 yr olds get the price of $70.00 right up to race day.  There is also an 8K Giants Ridge Freestyle Race – price for youth up to age 18 is $35.00 right up to race day.   $50.00 for those 19 and older.

The prices include your lunch and a chance at prizes if you are pre-registered.   There are door prizes at the luncheon also.  In the 50K & 25K races – 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners in their age class receive a pair of FITS socks!!

If you use our mail-in registration form you will save on the on-line service fee.   Please make sure registrations are mailed before Feb 22nd to make sure they get here.  There is also an on-line registration – found on our website with RunSignUp.com – processing fee for on-line registration.

Registration and bib pick are at The Lodge @ Giants Ridge – lower level this year.   It is not at the Biwabik Park Pavilion as in past years.
