Endurance United Summer Junior Announcement

Endurance United appreciates the patience and understanding of all of our juniors as we have worked through this challenging time and ever changing environment. We are happy to announce that we will be offering summer junior programming.

We will be providing mixed training formats this summer on a five day per week schedule (M-F). Sessions may be virtual, in-person group sessions, or a mix of both. The training format is dependent on the changing environment we are all in. We will only meet in-person in groups once it is safe to do so and will be following guidelines and safety protocols from the Governor, MN Dept of Health, and the CDC.

Summer junior training will start June 8th and plans to end on August 7th. Training locations are to be determined based on availability of permits and protocols put in place by the city and county. We will NOT be offering two separate locations this summer (so no split between east and west metro). Primary training locations are planned to be in the east metro. Sessions will be Monday-Friday and are planned to be in the morning hours (please understand that if we can only meet in small groups to start, you will be assigned a training time as we will be staggering our groups to meet safety precautions). Three days of the week will be rollerski focused training, the other two days will be dryland focused training. Athletes MUST register for a minimum of three days per week.

What you can expect to receive from joining the Endurance United summer junior program!

  • Daily workout plans based on athletes skill/ability level (you will receive a workout for each day that you registered for)
  • Team connection/communication (whether this is virtual or in-person, we will still connect with our teammates each day of the week you are registered for)
  • Coach consultation (email and phone, must always include another adult when communicating with coach)

Registration is now open! EU Summer Juniors
We will have a zoom informational session for registered athletes regarding summer juniors on Wednesday, May 27 at 6:30pm.

Our junior summer program is on a first come first served basis. We require a minimum of three days of training per week. We anticipate that our junior program will fill up, at which point we will cap registration.
