Skated the bluff trails. They have been groomed since the cold snow dusting and both the skate deck and tracks are in excellent shape. A delightful and fast ski along with the balmy single digit temps.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Following a dusting of dry and abrasive snow last night, the golf course section was groomed today and skied fast. The bluff section was not groomed and skied very slow with the new snow.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
The bluff trails are groomed and setting up nicely. Skate skiing was excellent in the wooded and wind-protected areas and the tracks were deep and firm. Some of the open sections up top were wind swept or drifted but not nearly to the degree I anticipated. I did not check out the golf course (lower) section.

Skied the bluff trails today and the golf course section yesterday. Both have been groomed twice since the weekend snowfall and are in excellent condition. There are several new connecting trail up top that increase ski options.

Top of the bluff is best but has already been destroyed by hikers that do not heed to the signage at the base, walking right down the middle of the path. Thanks for all your hard work Milt.
