Ashland trails were groomed last night and are in great condition. A little soft in spots, some drifting, and some water on the Circle of Willis that can be avoided.

Crunchy, but really nicely groomed! Plenty of pinecones down thanks to yesterday's wind, but very navigable regardless. Only bare spot encountered was under the cedar at the crossover between the two pond loops.

A nice dusting after today's snow. Most of the classic tracks are skied back in and skiing very nicely!

I classic skied 15.14 miles in 1 hour and 33 minutes before work today. Spring skiing conditions for sure. Let's just say the tracks are absolutely perfect for the weather! Firm, mid-deep, ample glide, and good kick. Good Birkie speed flats skiing! Thank you groomers!

I classic skied 13.39 miles in 1 hour 25 minutes. Kick double-poling and double-poling technique were effective. The tracks were really firm for being 37 degrees and in very good condition. I had old Swix violet on, but still had a bit of glide. Kick was great. The skate deck looked to be softening up a bit. The snow was getting dirty all around. Phenomenal after-work ski! Thank you, groomers!

I classic skied 12.31 miles in 1 hour 16 minutes. Great conditions for Lake Hayward sprint training before work! Kick double-poling and double-poling. The temperature was 23 F, old snow. Still skiing on hot waxed Swix violet/turquoise that has 43 miles on it, and the glide was pretty stellar! All I know is the tracks were great. Everything else just flew by. Thank you groomers!

I classic skied 11.37 miles in 1 hour 19 minutes. Beautiful kick double pole ski! Tracks are amazing, firm, mid-deep with great kick and fairly good glide with Swix violet/turquoise. I didn't step on the skate deck. It looked good though. Phenomenal technique training after work. Thank you groomers!

Classic skied 10.22 miles in 1 hour 18 minutes. Didn't have time to wax the skis. Kick double-poling with tired legs for that end-of-the-Birkie feeling. Really good conditions. Snow is still cold; I think the temperature was 2 degrees F. The inside classic track is the firmest with the best glide. Didn't step on the skate deck. Deer were everywhere! It was a phenomenal before-work ski, and I'm very grateful for the wonderful conditions!

Classic skied 11.05 miles in 1 hour 15 minutes. Temp was 8 degrees F. Swix green had pretty good glide. The tracks were phenomenal. Kick was good. Skate deck looked good, but I didn't step foot in it. Great after work ski. Conditions are great, take advantage of it! Thank you groomers!
