The Hospital Trails in Ashland were groomed mid-day, much needed after a couple of inches of lake effect snow in the past three days. Skate deck is flattening nicely with work by the grooming sled and snow settling over time. Working on widening it out. Classic tracks set (single track) - a little soft in places. Pole plants should be firming up. One section of Doty's Doodle is a little narrow with a bit more brush work needed, but very skiable. All trails open (7K) - probably 8-10" of packed base. Enjoy!
