Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
The trail was in great condition after the recent snowfall. There were a handful of thin spots along the trail, but those could be easily avoided if you wanted to use you good skis. The classic track was solid and well formed over the entire loop. It is really nice to be out on snow again after nothing last season and a slow start to this season.

Morning
Observation
[ Trails Open: All, Rock skis ]
About 3" of fresh powder yesterday, the ground was bare before this new snow. Grooming attempts didn't go well as this snow has little moisture. For now we are leaving the trails ungroomed. You can ski in your own track which others can follow, like we did last winter. Conditions are thin with no base under the new snow, use caution. We are working on getting the lights on for night use.
