Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Beautifully groomed trails - great for a morning ski, love the view of the lake in the distance. Tracks were in very good shape - firm, well-set throughout. My only challenge was trying to go the correct way on these one way trails - but I was the only one skiing, so it didn't matter.

The entire course was regroomed early this morning. The 3" of fresh snow was worked into the upper loop Saturday night and we worked in the lower loop this morning; we touched up the the upper loop this morning as well. The skate deck should be nice and firm once this sets up a bit and the classic tracks are nice all the way around. A great day and week to get out and enjoy.

We gave the course a complete tune up today and should provide excellent conditions for both classic and skate skiing. We have a solid base, smooth lanes and the classic tracks are formed quite nice. We plan to touch it up tomorrow as needed but the course will be in the best shape ever for the warmer upcoming weekend! Get out there and enjoy.

Night
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Our fresh snow was all groomed in on Tuesday night and the colder temps set the course up nicely. The skate deck lane should be firming up nice. With our wind, the course did have some drifting. Grooming plans: We will re-groom for the weekend but the next two days should be great if you can tackle the wind and cold.

Skate, classic and fat-bike course was fresh groomed on Tuesday. Ski courses are in great condition. Fat bike trail is good with a few soft spots due to the recent warming -- low tpi is recommended.
