This trail is located on hilly terrain just east of the Wausau City limits on Greenwood Hills Golf Course. This golf course skiing provides challenging climbs and exhilarating downhills. The trail includes wooded sections.

Trails were groomed Saturday and Sunday, in good shape for freestyle. No classic tracks yet. There is parking at the upper lot adjacent to the GHCC clubhouse.

The skate deck is well covered and soft with last night’s snow. I skied the Hawthorne trail section only. Thin classic track set in only a small portion of the trail.
