[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Groomers went out tonight. The novice loop was tracked and skate lane groomed. Water is accumulating on the headwall which limits the grooming options to the rest of the trail system. The hospital trailhead may offer a better access. Spring trail conditons.

Great skiing today at Wolverine. Classic tracks were set on most trails. Skate lane looks to have been freshened up as well. A few thin spots exist, but they are very small, and groomers continue to shovel them in. This time of year, conditions can change rapidly so please ski with caution. I used good skis and had no issues, but if you are reckless, or skiing at night, using B skis might be right choice for you.

Took the long trek (3 hours) up to the UP today. Used my twin skins - worked really well! Good kick and glide. Tracks were good on most of the trails. Cloudy, 36 degrees. Snow was soft, but not too soft - just right for a great spring day of skiing. A couple of thin spots on the trail that faces south and west. Other trails were very, very good. Well worth the drive.

[ Good skis ]
Skiing was wonderful at Wolverine this morning thanks to the dedicated groomers. I got there just as they finished up -- one guy was riding on the grooming device (screen?, sled?) I think to weigh it down more. I much appreciate the dedication of the groomers as I had a wonderful time this morning. Conditions were fast but with the grooming there was enough scratched up to get an edge so I set record times (for me at least) circling the course. You could tell where they had shoveled snow to patch in a few holes and this held up well.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Volunteers worked on the trail today. They brought in snow to be shoveled over the bare spots. The groomers went out and tracked Wolverine and Powderhorn to 3 Sisters. The skiing should be good tomorrow. We snowshoed the Hospital loop. Snow on the south side is scant but great from the Hospital Trailhead to the Chalet.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Friday afternoon the groomers cleaned up the skate lane and established shallow tracks due to the icy condition of the snow. Still plenty of snow on the trails with good base. Groomers will be out as needed.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
The trails were Pisten Bully groomed and track set this morning. A groomer came back to say they met a skier that said, "the trails have never been groomed better". Skating was good all day, no mash potato snow. After cold nights, striding is best in the afternoon with velvet tracks.

Trails groomed, tracks were solid and fast. Skate lanes were hard all day with temps in low 30's with full sun. Skiing should be excellent this weekend with temps cold at night. Grooming will continue.

Fantastic spring skiing: 35F degrees, on 8” of fresh groomed snow, full sun. Classic tracks were deep and firm, due to low temps yesterday. Seems they will have plenty of snow to ski for quite a while. Trail signs are top-notch as well.
