Firsthand: Freestyle 
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Montebello was groomed on Saturday for the Bemidji's Sunday Ski School. The trails by Bemidji Middle School are thin and icy but pretty good considering how little snow we have. There are a few thin spots closer to the Bemidji City Park softball fields, so I'd recommend avoiding those until we get another snow fall.

[ Trails Open: All, Rock skis ]
A nice, compact base of about 1" with only a few thin spots on the hills. Definitely need to use your rock skis, but great early season natural snow conditions. Trail lights are not currently turned on, but hopefully by next week.
