Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
The trails at the West Unit of Ney Park were groomed with track set today. Remember that all trails with track set are groomed for classic and skate ski. We groom to allow for multi-use by both. The East Unit of Ney was groomed and is ready for skate ski, dog sledding and skijoring.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Trails were packed and tracked at Stanley Eddy. Please remember that when we groom we only set one track and pack the other side for skate. There are still a few icy patches along the trail but overall in good shape. The East Unit was groomed as well for skate skiing, dogsledding and skijoring. This is a popular park so you might encounter walkers along the trail. They are allowed to be there but hopefully will walk on the far left side of the trail. If not it might a chance for a polite conversation about trail etiquette.

Grooming Scheduling
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Due to warmer conditions today we will not be grooming at Ney Park. A Lantern Ski event is planned for tomorrow night from 6-9pm and that is still a go. We hope to freshen up the trails before the event. If not they are still in pretty good condition so come on out and join us.

The trails at Robert Ney Regional Park are in pretty good shape. There was a group of 54 students on the trail behind the nature center that runs from bridge to bridge yesterday so that section will be a little beat up. The track set is pretty deep and has set up pretty decently. The parks & recreation department will be out Friday morning to touch up the trails for this weekend. On Saturday the pond loop at the park (1.5 miles) will be lit by lanterns for a lantern ski from 6-9pm. No charge to come ski and the building will be open as well.
