Notes

These trails are located about 15 miles south of Munising and are part of the Hiawatha National Forest. Grooming is on a somewhat irregular basis, and trails (three loops) are rated easy to difficult. Described as very wooded and scenic, with more of a "backcountry" feel. There's also a rustic cabin for rent near this trail.

McKeever Hills is on top of my favorite places to ski. Trails are intimate and well designed to wind through mature forest, multiple lakes and rolling terrain. The grooming was well done in spike of soft snow conditions. Interesting sights of nature to observe through out the trail system.

Had a wonderful ski amongst the snow flocked trees. All trails were open, I didn't ski the C loop due to icy conditions. These trails are a blast.
