Located about 12 miles north of Mora. Uses much of the original Vasaloppet trail system near the old start of the race. Previously known as the Vasaloppet practice area.

All trails are groomed except for the detour in red on the Point Trail. I will try to hit this section as soon as I can. The parking lot is plowed. A track is cut on all trails which are in excellent shape. This is the best I've seen them in years. No shortage of snow up here.

All trails are groomed. The Glen Johnstone (North Loop) and Point Trails are set up for skating. The remaining three trails are double tracked in preparation for Sunday's Founders Classic Race which starts at 1:00 P.M. There will be a 5, 10, and 20 Km classic race. The trails are in excellent shape and I have just under 30 Km groomed. See photo for the proposed race courses for Sunday. Hope to see you up there!

All five trails are groomed. I was finally able to cut track also. All swamps are groomed. It should be a nice weekend to get up there after this cold snap rolls out. Whether you're looking to get one last ski in before the big race or just going to get some exercise, there is just under 30 Km of playground up there.

All five trails are now groomed with the exception of four swamps. The North Loop is also groomed. It should be a great weekend to get up there.

Groomed the Beaver Dam and a portion of the Lantern Loppet Trail tonight. No classic track yet but I should be able to start cutting one with the next snowfall. Things are starting to take shape.

The trails are now packed with the exception of four swamps. The trails are skiable but have drooped and leaning branches from the heavy snow. The parking lot is also plowed out.

Clearing, packing, and mowing of the trails is underway. As soon as swamps freeze up and we receive sufficient snowfall, we will begin grooming for the 2018-19 season.
