Grooming

Lauterman received another 4+ inches of snow since the last grooming. The trail has been groomed and tracked. The snow is light and fluffy so tracks may be soft in some areas.

Lauterman received about 3 inches of wet snow yesterday. We groomed and set track on the entire trail system today. Snow depths are well over 16" even after the warm days we had this past weekend.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Lauterman was groomed and tracks were set for classic skiing today. We apologize for the gap in grooming. The frigid temps and equipment failures delayed grooming. There is a great base of about 12 inches. Trail is not wide enough for skate skiing. Cold overnight temps should set the tracks up well.

Observation
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
The storm on Sunday/Monday dropped more than 12 inches of snow and brought extreme winds. Expect limbs and trees to be down on the ungroomed trail. Our crew is currently working on clearing and grooming Anvil Trail then Nicolet North Trail. Grooming plans: Lauterman will not be groomed or cleared until next week or later.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Rock skis ]
Lauterman got about 8 inches of fluffy snow. We groomed all loops (Beginners, Lauterman, and Porkie) this morning. Tracks were set in a few areas where we had enough snow depth, other areas were to shallow for tracks. The packed depth is 3-4 inches.
