Conditions were soft but beautiful with no debris on the deck. The base was thin in only a few spots, exposing some ice or a tiny bit of grass here and there, but overall good. Excellent work by the groomer Jason. Thank you!

Skate skied the large and small loops. The skate deck probably hasn't been groomed after the last couple snow falls but thawing and refreezing has created pretty good conditions. The snow is slightly softer than I'd like but I wasn't sinking in too deep and it's easy to get an edge. There are quite a few tracks on the skate deck from people hiking on the trails but that didn't trip me up. I did a little crust skiing at the end and that was even better than the trail, although there are a lot of hiking tracks to maneuver around.

Coverage is still good but trails have gotten very icy and a bit dangerous, especially for classic tracks. Be cautious or wait it out until the next good snow.
