The Mi-Ge-Zi trail, completed in June of 2003, runs 13 miles of absolutely beautiful pavement around Lower Pike Bay in Cass Lake, MN. Parking at the MNDot rest stop on Highway 2, cross under the bridge and pick up the trail heading east. At 2.5 miles, head south thru the woods over a gentle rolling trail, passing resorts, the National Forest Campground and a few private cabins back to Highway 371. The trail then runs north back to Cass Lake on the west side of 371. Follow the signs back to the beginning. Suitable for beginners. (Submitted by Marsh Jones)
