Great conditions for skating. Deck getting a little slick in a few spots towards dusk but overall very nice. Thanks to groomers.

Fine conditions this afternoon. A bit of debris in the pines; skate deck in great shape. Tracks looked to be in good or better shape through most of the trails. In a couple of spots the tracks seemed to disappear. Snow faster than the expected in the cold temps.

Skied the yellow and purple loops (classic) at lunch today. Classic tracks seemed freshly set, and hardly skied in, so slightly soft but overall wonderful! Looked like a lot of fresh corduroy still left in the skate lane. What a cool hidden gem we have here in Nashota.

The green loop has good coverage and only a couple icy spots in the woods. Out in the open fields, the snow is great! The blue loop is still ski-able, but has a lot of debris and thin icy spots in the usual places. I didn't see any ground or rocks yet though. Hiker footprints are always an issue here, though with fresh grooming this morning, they weren't too awful. It was fast skiing, which I did not expect with the warm temps.

Pretty good coverage all over. Some dirty spots and debris in the woods, but better than I expected! County website said it was groomed this morning - already many footprints all over the skate lane and in the classic tracks and I saw several walking on the trails while I was there. Footprints were ok today since snow was soft, but could be problematic when they freeze until next groom.

The entire trail system is in excellent condition with no bare spots. Nice tracks on all the trails. A few soft spots in the skating lane with the new snow.

Full snow coverage. Groomed and tracked. The tracks are thin in just a few places. I had no qualms using my good skis.
