Today after rain and freezing rain the tidd tech was able to cut and make a beautiful cord for skating. The skate deck on all trails is firm level and first 3/4" is tilled. The track is solid. Tree branches were removed on all trails.

Touched up the surface and the skate deck and also set track. Surface is firm and flat. Best conditions yet. Widen the trails due to last snow fall.

Skated and strided all the trails here this morning after being freshly groomed early today. Tracks and skate lanes were fairly firm with some soft spots. Lots of scenic terrain and fun hills. Thanks for the Sunday morning grooming!

Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Trails that had been groomed earlier in the week were very nicely set for classic. However, several segments appeared to not have been set. The skate deck had not been groomed after Thursday's fresh snow. Still beautiful nonetheless.

Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
I thought I was going to skate ski. However, there were three or four inches of new snow on the skate deck so I opted to classic ski. It snowed the whole time I was out which added another two or three inches of snow to the tracks and the skate deck. It was fun skiing in the new snow even though it slowed things quite a bit. I did several rounds on the trails and ended up with 10 kilometers total. All the new snow made the steep downhills more manageable than normal because of the slower speed.

The trails are in great shape and plenty of snow. Got another inch and a half and was able to set track and level some blown spots. Wind blown areas helped with putting more base on trail. Enjoy.

It's a good morning - all trails are groomed, and track is set. We received 3 1/2 inches of snow and the surface is level and firm. Go out and enjoy the great trails here.
