We enjoyed skiing classic tracks on Middle, Highland and Hemlock roads, which normally are not groomed for skiing. Thanks groomers! We skied on the Green/ blue loop that was groomed, in the Highland rd vicinity, the rest has man made tracks. We didn't check out yellow or orange. Photo is of green loop tracks while heading to lot 5.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Groomers were able to get out and touch up the trails after a small amount of fresh snow yesterday. Classic tracks were set on current groomed sections. Trails are in good to fair condition. The hills are a challenge due to low snow conditions. The orange/yellow and green loops have now been double tracked. The blue loop from lot 5 to Middle Road has also been double tracked.

Enjoyed a second day of skiing on tracked Middle, Highland and Hemlock roads for a nice change of pace. Just a few thin spots in places. Skate skiers could enjoy these areas as well. Yellow and orange open, green and blue have been rolled, but no tracks.

Skied yellow and orange, they were nicer than expected with classic tracks and not many bare spots at all. The long connector portion does not have tracks, we took this to get to Middle road. The beautiful bonus was being able to ski groomed tracks on Middle, Hemlock and Highland roads. These areas are great for beginners too! Thanks to all the groomers!

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
The small amount of snow received the past few days has brought our trails from poor condition to fair condition with some good skiing conditions in certain sections. With warm temps and rain our base has become very uneven in sections. The yellow and orange were groomed today with conditions improved since the weekend. Will need more snow to attend to the other trails in the park.

We are still clearing and tracking our trails. We now have the yellow, orange and green loops open all accessible from the lot 5 parking lot. Conditions remain good overall. There are still low snow areas in the pines. Fingers crossed for more snow!

Skied classic on the orange and then the green. (Not groomed for skate) Caught up with the groomers on the green trail about 3/4 of the way through around noon. They have logs to remove several places on the remainder of the green. Throughout there was lots of debris- small sticks and fresh pine needles on the trail. Bare areas on the green loop where grass comes through. pretty with rock skis, but not your good skis.

Thank you groomers for laying those sweet tracks on Middle road. We enjoyed skiing those these last 2 days in addition to yellow orange and part of green. Photo shows orange.
