Best ski of the season on this fun roller coaster system. Skiff of snow covered debris from past two weeks. Extra blue as usual worked 15 degree temps.

Great kick and glide with extra blue. Track is shallow and many skiers enjoying so cornering is a little sloppy but soft and forgiving snow. No debris or dirt.

Skied loops 1, 2, and 3. The short leg that goes past the Adirondak shelter was not groomed, but the rest of the system was tracked and in excellent shape!

Did the Boomer Blue. Groomer was in parking lot when we got there at 10 am. Trail tracked and beautiful.

[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Has been groomed since last snowfall, but walkers have messed up the tracks, especially on Loop 2. Loop 3 was the best. Base and tracks rather soft so skiing was slow.

Morning
Firsthand: Classic
[ B skis ]
Freshly groomed with a dust of new snow, but Loop 2 has significant damage from two hikers and a dog. Two couples of skiers were going in as I was coming out, so hopefully a few passes will smooth out most of the damage.

So I had to see for myself that someone had set doubletrack yesterday before another 3 inches of snow fell last night. Yup! I did ski up to the intersection of Boomer Blue with the singletrack ski trail and observed great grooming and set tracks. The first skier will have fresh snow to glide as he/she skis in the tracks. It is a mystery as to who did the grooming on Boomer Blue and now on the whole trail. Nice skiing on the soft snow and mile temps. Extra blue got me up most hills back on River Road trail.
