Notes

Classical ski track groomed double wide for much of the trail with some flat stretches and hills of varying difficulty in primarily hardwood forests, with views of Hagerman, Ottawa, and Bennan Lakes. The trail is maintained and groomed by Covenant Point Bible Camp.

I figured that I would give the Ge Che trails a shot knowing it’s a low snow year. Trails tracked and groomed around January 15. Good conditions back in the woods but trails near Lake Ottawa were all walked on and track destroyed.

Entire trail system was groomed flat without tracks on Thursday. We're excited to have the Logger's Loop section open for the first time in several years due to logging. There are still some rough patches and areas that need more snow. We'll track the trail one we get a few more inches.
