Groomed Tuesday night; reset classic tracks where possible. Skate deck groomed up nicely and hopefully set up overnight. Classic tracks mostly there but of variable quality. Winter lives for a few more days at least!

Primo grooming; great fun. Thanks groomers and special thanks for the parallel path meant for hikers on much of the system; it mostly was effective. Someone still walked on some of the groomed trail but "mostly" used the hiking path when it was available. BTW, I didn't stride today but the classic track looked to be fantastic too. Thanks again for all your efforts!

Grooming was good y’day and even better today. Deep, firm tracks. Skate deck was firm and fast. Perfection.

Cold, but excellent skiing this morning. Start green was getting faster in the sun. Thanks to volunteer groomers for making McCarthy the east side gem.

Great skiing today, actually. "A" skis fine, and a lot of fun on the good parts. Just a few bad spots that are easily avoidable. Hoping for some snow tomorrow!

Disappointing, tracks were very icy. Skate deck was even, but hard to ski on it due to the icy conditions. Not disparaging the groomers, just frustrating with the temps and sporadic snow.

Excellent conditions Wednesday evening. Skate deck has sped up but is mostly flat and not slippery. About as good as it gets around MSN.
