Firsthand: Classic

Very icy after a couple of warm days. Difficult to get any kick going with waxless skis. Did the lighted loop in our first time here. Mostly glaze with actual soft spots. Saw evidence of moose scat. Pretty trail through sunset and under the stars.

Beautiful morning on the Two Harbors ski trail. Perfectly groomed and very few leaves or pine needles. Added bonus was a moose on the trail.

Trail is in great shape for classic and skating - go ski! Trails recently groomed, classic track is shallow in spots but over all very nice. Lights come on around 5PM on 3K loop - very nice.

Perfect trail conditions - most of the system was groomed Thursday it appears. Classic track was deep and solid, skate lane looked really nice too. Lights are on! Makes for a great evening ski.

Groomed all trails this morning. Trail is in really good shape considering the amount of new snow we have had lately.

Trails nicely groomed with plenty of snow and good classic track (and skate lane too). Skied the 3km with kid friends. Evidence of runners on trail disappointing, but not destructive.

Wonderful. Bright blue sky. The tops of the birches were golden in the late afternoon sun. Classic track was great. The only ice was in the parking lot.

Generally really good conditions, a bit bumpy in spots but no bare ground. The 2 advanced loops are not groomed. Finished grooming at noon today.
