8" of new snow over the weekend. Snowing for a couple of hours as we skied. Mothers'day was the last day of grooming for the season. And what a wonderful, long season it's been. There's still plenty of snow for un-groomed skiing, at least for a while yet.

Another amazing day. More snow last week (and more forecast for this week), and wonderful grooming. The skate deck was hard and fast early, especially early. I switched to classic (skin skis) about 11, and did the outer loop - it was getting soft, cut very skiable.

A beautiful Easter afternoon at Teacup Nordic. Fresh snow and fresh grooming still a little soft but wonderful.

Wow! We got about 30+ inches of new snow over the last few days (more forecast, by the way). Our Piston Bully was broken on Sunday, so our groomer was out Tuesday and Wednesday trying to deal with all the new snow. It was glorious. I'm planning on another ski (skate this time?) Saturday.

Mid-winter conditions in mid-April! 24 degrees and still some daylight at 8 pm, no wind. Snow flurries today after 3 feet or so in the past week. Firm course with soft spots in places, and a half inch of snow on top of morning groom. After the springlike and relatively dry weather Mt Hood had in January and February, this late return of winter is especially appreciated. Trail conditions this weekend should be excellent. Thanks to Jason and all trail users for a great season. Looking forward to crust skiing in May.

What a beautiful day - we got 2+ feet of snow Monday and Tuesday, and Jason decided it needed to be groomed (even though we have gone to only grooming on the weekend through April, if there's snow).

Wow! What a great day: about 4-5 inches of new snow, mid- to upper-20s, some sun. Easy to ski, fairly fast. Much fun.

Beautiful day - we've had plenty of snow, the groomer knows his business, and the trails are in great shape.
