The trails looked essentially untouched, with perfect corduroy. One person must have been classic skiing before me, but was off to the side for most of the trail. The groomers must have plowed over the classic tracks and left all corduroy because there were no tracks set. I assume this is because of snowdrifts; in a couple of places you could make out the old tracks and they were completely buried by windblown snow. The snow was a bit softer than I expected, and in some places my pole would punch down through the snow. Overall, good conditions, well groomed except for the missing tracks, but slow, due to the cold and windblown snow.

Surprisingly good conditions for skating, although snowdrifts from the strong wind complicated things. Fast corduroy with blown powder drifts. I didn't ski in the tracks but they looked filled with windblown snow in a lot of places.

Trails were in good condition for skating; a little soft and chopped up in places but not bad. Didn't really notice the classic tracks, although a number of people were out on classic skis.

Skating deck looks very good but the classic tracks that I skied have been used heavily and lost much of their form. I skied it Sunday afternoon and it was not particularly good then. Tracks not set since Sunday morning. I did 5 laps today mostly alone.

Absolutely beautiful conditions out at Glen Lake Golf Course. Excellent coverage with all previous ice now covered. Freshly groomed this morning- skate deck and tracks are soft but will be great once they set up.
