Notes

Located at the base of the Silvermine Ski Jump. The trail system is growing with several chutes going up the ridge and a forested vista atop that overlooks the Chippewa Valley.

Firsthand: Freestyle 
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Silvermine got groomed after the last round of snow, classic tracks set as well. Some leaf debris on the trails, but great snow coverage overall. I skied all the trails to map it out. There's hills, there's flats, and there's lights, so enjoy the skiing while we have it!

Silvermine got a groom today, including the far hill/road; there is a spot back there that needs more snow due to the overhanging pines, but it is a great downhill. No tracks set, just too difficult with the hard ice/snow pack.

Skied the meadow area of the natural snow Silvermine Nordic Trail. It's all frozen over and icy. Didn't dare try the hills. Must wait for more snow.

Silvermine was groomed today. The lights were upgraded and wired in to a switch now, it'll bright for early mornings and late afternoons. Thanks to all the volunteers who've worked on these trails.
