A nice set of trails with rolling hills. The first lighted trail system in the metro, it still attracts a lot of after-work skiers.

I've been to French like 5 times in the past week. Each time I expect it will be bad conditions but amazingly it has been incredible. Today the new snow provided ample edging while the warmer temps softened up those few pesky icy spots. Kudos to the groomers, the skiing has been just awesome. It's not over yet!

Pretty good conditions around lunchtime. Only a couple of spots with exposed debris, one on Lagoon the other right at the entrance to Meadow, but both were easy to avoid. Several icy spots but again these were easy to ski around. The snow was getting slushy in the open sunlit areas. Overall pretty good conditions.

Skated French around 9:30 on freshly groomed trails, cold granular snow, slower than yesterday. Trails still in great shape with no new icy spots. Almost no debris on the snow.

Skated the Lagoon trail loop, repeatedly, as I've been skiing the other French trails other days and wanted a change of pace. Lagoon was in great shape and a lot of fun, well-groomed and nice snow consistency. I think good skis would be fine, although there was some tree debris in places. French has been in surprisingly great shape for the end of the season.

Skated at 9:15 am and no change compared to yesterday, still very good conditions. A few icy spots easily skied around, hard fast snow, minimum debris. All trails open, no icy downhill also. Great skiing day!

Skied at French at 9:00 am, all trails still in good shape, 4 to 5 icy spots not too long. Snow was kind of sugary but very enjoyable. No icy downhill so pretty safe.

Classic skied both Lagoon and Lakeview trails this afternoon. Tracks were set on both, but more icy spots on Lakeview so Lagoon the better option for classic. B skis recommended because of intermittent ice stretches and some melt down on the tracked trails.

I had a good ski this afternoon at French. The skate deck was in good shape except for a couple icy spots. The classic tracks were recently groomed, and in good spring condition with alternating decent snow, slush, and ice. Thanks to the groomers for keeping it going!

Skied French this morning and the deck was being groomed in the 8 O'clock hour. The deck was slightly soft if you are being picky but in great conditions. I noted B skis as there are some spots with minor debris and ice for ski over but I personally felt very comfortable using best good skis. The tracks looked to be in pretty decent shape. Thank you groomers!
