Pete’s grooming last night made for more "wow" moments at Afterglow. Skiing today was absolute perfection. Solid skate deck and deep tracks was the norm on all of the trails I skied today.

Great conditions, groomed to perfection. Skate deck was firm, a few rare soft pole plants in the classic tracks, otherwise perfect. A little slow due to 1/2 inch of new snow.

We skied 4 days over the weekend at Afterglow. All trails were groomed daily, tracks set. Conditions were great- fresh snow every day added to the feel of a winter wonderland. Incredible skiing, Pete does an outstanding job of creating a ‘skier’s dream’ for endless hours and miles on the trail.

A wonderful day on the Afterglow trails, classic and skate skiing. We were there for 4 days and it snowed everyday creating a winter wonderland. Pete groomed every morning including setting new tracks, and the trails were especially superb on Sunday when it was slightly cooler. Conditions were equally as good for snowshoers and bikers. Well worth the drive.

Another great day of skiing at Afterglow. The tracks were nice and deep and fast. The downhills were fast but very controllable. I was on waxless skis with no snow sticking to them. If you don't ski at Afterglow you are really missing out. The grooming is great for both classic and skate skiing.
