Definitely worth the drive to get in my distance training. Conditions were excellent. Some dirty areas especially on the outer loop by creek area. I could mostly avoid the random oak leaves. Met the groomer who was heading out as I left. Beautiful trails!

Wow, what a great place to ski. Trails were in great shape with just a couple easily avoidable thin spots visible on a hill here and there. Skate deck and track we're both in great shape throughout the system.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All trails were Pisten Bully groomed for classic and skating today. Conditions are good overall, but you will still see spots where grooming brought up dirt or leaves.

The snow Friday night really helped even though it was only a couple inches. It helped cover the sticks and dirty spots that had been poking through on Friday. I skied the whole new trail on Saturday, the loop open to dogs, and it was in pretty good shape.

Trails packed really firm. Tough to stay in control. But I enjoyed fresh corduroy on Alternate Trail for second half. B skis - lots of debris on the trail and some bare spots. Snow would help!

Firsthand: Both
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Conditions remain fair to good for both classic and skating. There is a little powder for control over a firm base. I feel okay with good skis, but be aware that there are leaves and sticks on the trail. My glide was okay this morning, considering the cold snow.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
We groomed the skate deck on the following trails this morning: Engagement Loop, Cervenka’s Curl, Cut Across, and Short Loop. All trails were previously groomed for both classic and skating. We will need more snow to do a full re-grooming, but it’s all very skiable. Unfortunately the current storm is completely missing us. There is an increasing amount of leaves and debris, especially in the classic tracks.

Conditions are good for skating and classic and the return of moderate temperatures is nice. A lot of skiers out for a week day. The skate deck is firm although beat up in some areas. The tracks are in nice shape other than a few oak leaves to provide extra kick.

There had been some snowfall since all trails had been groomed. It appeared that the outer loop had been groomed since the last snowfall. Elsewhere the tracks and skate deck had about a half to an inch of powder that slowed things down. There were a few spots where the groomer had kicked up dirt, but those were avoidable. There were a number of oak leaves slowing things down. I classic skied with Blue Extra with a violet toe pocket that worked well in the 22 degree conditions.

All trails are groomed for classic and skating. Have fun! Conditions are good other than a few leaves brought up by grooming.
