Day 2 of our ski getaway from Madison and Joanie and I enjoyed another great classic-only trail. The trail had been groomed the day before with a dusting of overnight snow, which made for some very good conditions with a solid track. There is a good variety of trails here, from gently rolling to bigger hills, with plenty of curves to keep you honest. You can also enjoy some nice views of Lake Superior and at least one frozen waterfall. Thanks to the groomers for their efforts!

All trails are in good shape, a few inches of lake effect snow since the last grooming made for an excellent ski.

Skied this morning. Trails are packed with no tracks set and 1-2" of fresh snow on top. Still had a great ski.

Very good to excellent conditions throughout the system. All trails have tracks. They did a nice job on not tracking steep downhills and corners. We had a wonderful ski today, accolades to the groomer.

All loops have been rolled and Tidd with track skied in throughout the system. The higher loops are in great shape but lower trails like H and A return are a little bumpy and wet due to normal seepage. We had a great time out there today. Thanks Joe!
